My sales consultant, Ben Golden, knew the details of the vehicle and was excellent to work with. .. e.g., very straight forward, no pressure, and very helpful. And He is good listener. The Jeep was delivered with a full tank of gas!!! Great experience overall! Love the 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee- Overland edition.

The buying experience with Don Franklin Somerset Nissan was one of the most pleasant I’ve had in all my years of car buying. The vehicle, a pre-owned 2022 Ram 2500, was as advertised, well, in fact even better!! We were greeted immediately when we arrived on the lot by Ethan in Sales who was friendly, attentive and very helpful with all of our questions. He guided us quickly through the buying process which included a trade in. We had travelled from out of state and he was able to get us in the new vehicle on the same day. Danny in Finance was professional, efficient and also very helpful with our questions. We’re very pleased with our new vehicle and the way we were treated at Franklin Nissan. I’d highly recommend them to anyone thinking about purchasing a new or preowned vehicle.

Had my daughter's car in for oil change. Technician noticed control arm bad and notified me. Nice to see technicians looking at the car and components, not just brake pads and fluids. I know most would say hat it is just to drum up business it is still up to the customer to have it done. Thank the technician for finding that, I had just put a set of tires on at Tire Pros a week prior, wonder why they didn't catch it? I really do appreciate it and the people are super friendly. Guess my next tires will be from there. THANK YOU!!!
