The service department has been great. I did have a problem with my brand new truck. It didn’t have anything to do with Don Franklin. It was more of a GM issue. I will have to say they did give me a brand new car to drive around until they get my truck fixed though so that’s not so bad

I love my 2025 Terrain! It has everything I wanted and more. I had a 2006 Chevrolet town and country van with almost 304000 miles on it so have always liked the Chevy and gmc products. Service was friendly and found me exactly what I was looking for on another lot and had it brought to me. Very good service and employees were great.
