I have 167,000 miles on my 2017 Dodge Ram P/U truck. I've never had any mechanical issues other than external causes (squirrels...) I think the service department staff is exceptional - their knowledge, courtesy, professionalism, willingness to answer any questions I may have.... I feel Very Confident that I can add many more miles on my Ram 1500 truck because of the quality of service. Also, when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle I hope I can afford another Ram 1500 P/U truck, and that's based on the reliability of my truck and the service I can always count on to keep my truck on the road....
