great overall experience

Kind of not very happy cause there was a nail in the tire and a rotation was done but nail not mentioned as well as a $25.00 charge that was supposed to be cover with the type of warranty I purchased next time service is done papers will be at hand for questions about additional charges.

I'm always greeted warmly upon arrival in the service area. Hollin is always professional, friendly, and helpful. He doesn't sugar-coat the information he needs to give but gives his report efficiently and succinctly. He answers my questions when further explanation is needed.

I love my Rogue, and my Pathfinder prior to that but Don Franklin’s service department is what set them apart from all of the other dealerships. They are always professional and friendly. I never feel pressured for unnecessary services.

Always been a General Motors fan, and got my youngest son to take a look at them. General manager at Don Franklin Somerset is fried and so easy to talk and deal with, Just a few words with this gentleman and you know its someone you can trust and want to do your business with. After my son settling on and absolutely loving a new Tahoe, got a little price remorse that night and decided he was going to look at a vehicle that my friend had recommended prior and both of us said no, we were not interested in looking at. Well long story short after looking and driving one my son said i do really like this and the dealership was very eager to dealer trade for a color he wanted and drove it home to Frankfort today.
