Stylists are very professional in their performance. It is obvious that they enjoy what they are doing and they take pride in the outcome.
The ladies in Yorkville are friendly, engaging, and attentive. A few of them slack on the MVP treatment, but it's limited. The girl who cut my hair this past time was exceptional. I think she primarily works at the Batavia location.

Hi. Ive been coming to the Bolingbrook location for quite a few years. I have my hair cut about every 4 weeks since about 2014 maybe. Only 1 time did I have an issue with a bad haircut and went back to get it fixed...it was offered to me at no cost. Much appreciated. The turnover is unbelievable tho. Maybe something that is normal? Im not sure. Its very noticeable to a regular. The APP has shown flaws, One time I set up an appointment (got in line on the app) and when I arrived someone else said they were me and I got pushed back. If I remember correctly, I went to another SC nearby and started going there for a short time. Now I bounce back n forth between the 2 stores. Just a note....the other store offers coupons and are sent to me via email. Why the Bolingbrook store doesn't do that is curious. Overall the experience has been positive.
