Dulce has cut my hair for the past 4 years and I would probably follow her to another location because she does a great job on my hair every time.

You have a very friendly, professional and skilled staff. For the Lombard store, I would like to specifically call attention to Ornela. She always gives me an excellent, above-average haircut, and is also very personable. She definitely is perfect in being a very positive face for your company.
