I was disappointed when I was charged $5 for my free neck cleanup. I go to different Sports Clips all the time and was never charged for a free cleanup before. The employee said it was because I was never at that particular location before. And now I don’t want to go back to that location, ever.

I was a walk-in and was treated like I had been there for years. Very friendly and the facility was really clean. Plus, I received a great service from KY and the overall value was great.
The mobile app line up queue is very useful to get in and minimize waiting time. At this Lockport location, Haley cuts my hair and always does a really good job, she is always positive, upbeat, and fun to be around. She's great.
