We always select Skylar as our stylist because she is friendly, welcoming, and does a great job cutting our hair. She knows what we like and gets it right every time. She is honestly the only reason we continue choosing Sport Clips for our haircuts.
The only part of this visit I didn’t care for was the message in the app regarding cancellations. I accidentally selected “next available stylist” instead of choosing Skylar, so I canceled and corrected the appointment. I understand the need to discourage repeated cancellations, but the pop-up explaining that cancellations are limited came across a little unnecessarily stern for what was simply an accidental selection. A friendlier reminder, especially for an occasional cancellation, would make for a better customer experience.

The location in DeKalb/Sycamore is excellent. I love the new chairs! I have dealt with one stylist for years (Shanna) and she is outstanding! The online app is easy to use and makes it easy to schedule appointments.

Easy to use the app to make an appointment and know how long you are going to have to wait. I have gone to several locations and have always had a consistent experience with a great haircut. Ronnie at the Oak Lawn location was personable and knowledgeable; she represents herself and the company very well and gave me a wonderful MVP experience!
