" Another wonderful experience. Being a " Season Ticket " holder for many years and being retired as well, I have always made it a point to go see Shanna and her staff on a weekday. This visit was a bit different as my weekday visit did not work out this time. So, stopped in after church and taking my wife to breakfast, to see if Shanna had any openings. The parking lot was full and upon entering, I saw Shanna immediately (as she has the first chair) and three other stylists all actively tending to customers. Looking up to the reservation board, that was full of customer's reservation times as well. the store was a beehive of activity. Shanna stopped momentarily to tell me good morning,and then proceeded to look ahead at her schedule and asked if it was convenient for me to return in about an hour and a half. No problem, took my wife home, eventually went back and there was Shanna just finishing up a customer, and she was right on schedule for my appointment. As usual, the haircut was perfect, we had a great visit as well. As I was preparing to leave, I mentioned to her that I had never seen four stylists in her shop before. She told me she always has extras on the weekends. As I am normally a weekday customer, I was amazed . Shanna and her staff have a great thing going at the Sycamore/DeKalb store. She has quite the clientel."
