Love that you have someone who can cur short hair for women. I went to a salon for years and overpaid for a mediocre cut. I recently went to Sports Clips and got the best haircut from Jackie in the Mokena location . You should advertise that this is not just for men , but a great option for women.
Mayra is always a smiling friendly face I come in. She gives a great haircut every single time. The facility is always clean and comfortable as well.
I also feel like the stylists in general remember their regulars and talk to all of them.

This Sport Clips location on Randall road in South Elgin has excellent customer service. I've been coming here for 3 years and my expectations are exceeded every time. Olivia, the manager is superb at what she does and runs a very efficient salon. I am also speaking for others that I work with that also use this location and they always speak highly of this salon and Olivia and the services she provides.

I've been coming to Sport Clips since March of 2023. I may be wrong, but I believe Jessica was the first stylist that I encountered. Since then with very few exceptions I've requested her. She always has a smile while working and is a great listener. I like being able to come in and not have to micro manage how I want my hair done, Jessica knows what to do and does an excellent job. It's like having my own personal stylist. She scores a 10 out of 10.
