Sara did an excellent job in every way I can think from when I entered the facility until I left. In other words, she checked all the boxes for me. She didn't do any of the things that some of your other technicians do that I find somewhat annoying. After she asked me what I would like, everything was done without any reminders. Sara is definitely a "keeper"!!
