Significant improvement opportunity:
- Cleanliness of location: The vent in the backroom in the ceiling absolutely must be cleaned - this feedback has been provided to local leadership but it's not been addressed. Every time I go back there it calls into question the overall hygiene of the store.
- There also is an odor in the shampoo area from time to time. I suspect drains need to be cleaned or something along those lines.
