On time appointments
The service is fine. The only problem is when trying to set up an appointment on your way home. Sometimes it says there is zero wait time but you are 30 minutes away. Be nice to be able set a future time up.

Jessica is always outstanding! I never have an issue with the way she cuts/styles my hair. Also, the app always keeps me updated on when I should arrive. The Cary location is always clean.
My only issue/request is that you should have more sport channels available…. Marquee (Cubs), Golf Channel, etc. for live telecasts. You are called Sport Clips!
