I love our location in Cibolo. The staff is very friendly. The theater is always clean. We love the selections at the soda machine. I also love that my money goes to help the community.
Fun and very clean
Great atmosphere easy to order tickets on the app. Chairs comfortable and food is great. I love how they have a strong presence in the non profit world. It’s one of the biggest reasons we take our business to Santikos. Maybe you all can help with our non profit agency, Any Baby Can of San Antonio. We support children with special health care needs and we also support families after the loss of a child. In that program we support at least 30 families per month aster their child has died. It’s a great opportunity to help.

We have always had a great experience at this theatre. We watched Fast X & I was disappointed. There was a couple with children in the theatre who kept screaming & talking loud, playing games on the phone with a bright screen & parents did nothing! The lady sitting next to me also kept texting on her phone. At one point she did get up to go and take a telephone call; however, she kept up with texting throughout the movie! This was not a pleasant experience for us. Santikos Cibolo is our favorite theatre, but our experience Thursday night was quite unpleasant!!!

Our family enjoys the Santikos in Cibolo. The seats are comfy and the concessions are always very quick with our orders. We recently saw Guardians of the Galaxy and we had the best time!

Atmosphere
Cibolo crew is always great. It is my go to theater. I wish they had VIP theaters at this location. However my most recent experience is I accidentally booked tickets to the wrong location and was able to be accommodated same day and same time for the movie my family and I wanted.
Manager was very caring and I understand the stipulations of movie vouchers for new movies. Was just a little upset cause the voucher was a rain check for money's already paid. Should work on that. But I will just save them for the next movie. Always love Santikos since I was very young, over 40 years plus. Will always be a customer.

Great theater seating, lots of space and the reclining seats are a must. Bowling alley is always fun. The food is ok.

The staff is amazing. The theater and other areas are impeccably clean. The popcorn is fresh. All in all it is the best theater in the area.
I like the cleanliness of the movie theater and the friendliness of the staff at the Cibolo Santikos location.what I miss the most was the food specials on Tuesdays.
