Normally a great place to take my grandson. He likes the movies and the seats are comfortable. Then he likes the arcade games. Don't do it that often because its 150 bucks minimum every time.
Nice area/location
Cool place, seats are awesome, the AVX rooms sound can be amazing and make the movie experience that much better, tho I’ve been to some AVX shows were the sound isn’t very high… a bit disappointing. I’ve asked if they could check n raise the volume, they tell me sure but they never tho. N I know it sounds better because it would be me re watching the movie with a friend or cousin and that makes it even sadder that they don’t experience it like I did the first time around.

We love Cibolo that is our go to movie theater. Staff is super friendly and theater is always clean. Love it.
It was a clean aesthetic building with a very nice and modern cozy feeling. The process was fast and easy to get to our seats, lines were not long to order (we came Sunday afternoon). The arcade and bowling seem to be a great bonus we will have to try that next time. Kids loved it!
Lovely experience. Not too crowded even when its a sold out theater. Has plenty of space in between seats and comfortable. Food is very good also..

Love Santikos . Always will. Clean up the popcorn area. It was crazy messy. popcorn was overflowing even on the floor. One dispenser was not working. It’s hard to get butter when it’s like this too.
Quick, easy to get tickets and concession stand attendant was helpful.

Seats are still comfortable but some are starting to be loud when reclined.
Only issue this last trip was food was cold when we picked it up. Had to have it remade.
My husband and I recently saw a movie there and didn’t have the best experience. I sent a review and management immediately responded and listened to all my concerns. I appreciate how quickly they reached out and resolved the issue. We love Santikos and will continue to go there!
