We had a great experience with our Military Monday Movie. It was the 1st time being there on a Monday. We have thought about incorporating it into our calendar once a month.
Not good there wasn't enough popcorn and there was only one popcorn station open which made the line long. Also no Ketchup was available didn't have enough helpers in the drink area. This was the first time at this theater. It's a beautiful place but not enough helpers. I think I will stay with the theater by my area galaxy one off of 410. I just to see what all the fuss was about this theater. Like I said it is beautiful, but better service at the galaxy. Bye
Easy to get tickets from the kiosk. Popcorn was fresh and delicious. Love the free refills on drinks even the icees! Got to cash in my rewards for free candy which made me feel as if I got a great deal at the movies with my two kids. Love the reclining seats although my recliner seat was very lumpy and hard. Theater 9 seat 9 row F. Please repair it if at all possible. Thank you!
Comfort of chairs and refillable popcorn machines. I’d give it a 10 but there is a high car theft problem at the Cibolo location so I had that concern
Its a fun clean environment to take my family for a great experience. Our favorite thing is the popcorn, not to salty, paired with a frozen coke. We are so hooked on this combination my wife and daughter will often go in for just that and bring it home for a snack.

Cibolo is actually closer and it’s a great theater but we really like the audio better at embassy and the employees are always top notch with their customer service

We watch all of our favorite movies at Santikos. Bussines model reflects our values. Trying to get my young son to work there with the other good kids.
