The staff was friendly. Each staff member was extremely patient with my toddlers. The theater was immaculate and I saw the cleaning crew move very diligently as we were leaving the theater. Also the spacing was far more than I expected while seated in the theater. I felt my family was being properly protected.

I think your prices during the COVID-19 deal is great but during regular time, I prefer alamo draft house or EVO down the street due to prices and service

Other than not being able to redeem free tickets online we had a great experience at Cibolo as we always do. The theater was a little warm but bearable. We kept our masks on for safety. The staff is always courteous.

It was very relaxing and enjoyed our day out. The facility and workers had strict protocols in place to be sure CDC guidelines were followed. The Margaritas and popcorn were a huge plus! Thank you Santikos.

Clean atmosphere, staff wore masks and the theater was well under 25%.

Staff prepares drinks to cut down on cross contamination and cleans and disinfects theaters 1hr before movie begins.
