Friendly, sanitized, and fast service. Employee held the door for entry and exiting. Employee also filled our drinks for us. Great price for large popcorn @ $5.00. They even gave us butter cups and lids for the popcorn which was a take home order due to me being high risk for COVID. My family had a great movie night at home. Thank you to your employees.

It was nice getting out and enjoying a good movie. All employees were nice and there was music on the back patio which we thoroughly enjoyed after our movie.

The Cibolo is very nice and appears to be clean - a PLUS. We have been there before but this most recent time our theater was not as cool as the theaters generally are. We were in Theater 8. Thanks for "coming back."

From the moment my son and I walked in to leaving I felt safe for us to be there. We had the theater to ourselves and we barely came in contact with anyone. We will go back to use the free movie tickets!

Environment feels Safe with regard to COVID situation. Environment was clean and appeared well sanitized. Spacing was beyond state recommendations. Staff were properly complying with safety and face masks to maintain quality products with food and drinks.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

This was an incredible experience. The customer service is always superb. But I feel that y’all have really stepped it up. Everything looked so clean. The social distancing that is being encouraged has made it easy to want to return once there are new movies are released. I’m excited to come back!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Like how I saw employee wiping the chairs. Only thing I did not like was the fact that patrons can enter without a mask. I wear mine into any store I go into and I feel that others should as well. Once in the auditorium, its fine to take mask off and be comfortable and enjoy the popcorn. By wearing the mask, you are helping not to spread the virus.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Even during Covid-19, it’s been so nice to be able to go out with safety precautions and enjoy a movie! Your staff are wonderful, seats are comfy, movies are great, and food is delicious! I don’t have anything bad to say! I hope that there will be new movies soon and more movie offerings because we really miss going to the movies and would like to go more frequently in the near future!

Considering all the covid stuff going on. Everyone was thoughtful of each other practicing social distancing. People seated in theater all seemed comfortable with the new way of watching a movie. It was so nice to get out.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Clean theater and restrooms, friendly staff, good prices for all families to afford.
I was super surprised to see $5 large popcorn and $5 large drink. I was able to get my kids each their own drink instead of making them share one, which is what we've had to do at the movies.
