Great experience. Will keep coming every week

It was so good to get out of the house and see a movie. My wife missed the fresh popped popcorn and decided we would go to the movies. I was not very comfortable with the idea but we went. After getting into the Cibolo theater I became more relaxed because of the way things were set up. The safety protocols that you had in place at the entrance, the snack bar, and the soda bar told me right away that you cared. The theater itself was not crowded and the social distancing was established to protect everyone who was there. Thank you for a well needed escape from our house. We have always liked Santikos but now we like them more.

All of the COVID precautions

The doors were opened for us as we approached the front. Helpful and friendly staff in all areas. Hand sanitizer was plentiful. Doors again opened for us as we left the theatre.

I felt very safe. There were appropriate precautions taken for social distancing. I’m ready to go back.

Everything was done so thorough and smooth and clean!! From the ticket process, food and drinks! Definitely told my family and friends already!!

Great service, great location , very clean and comfort table and safe

We had a lot of fun bowling and the prices for popcorn and the soft drinks were great. The only downside was the strange noise coming over the speakers. Sounded like I was in a haunted house. Why not just play music.

Comfortable seat...great food...great customer friendly service

Not a ton of people there are usually go Monday mornings at 11 o’clock so it’s not crowded and have to sit next to people I don’t know

It's a very clean and customer friendly arena. Great to have so many amenities like adult drinks, bowling, full arcade and lazertag in one arena. Prices are great . Good value. My only complaint is that they dont put butter on the popcorn and instead give you small individual cups to apply yourself. Popcorn is not salted either. Other than that it's a great family entertainment arena!

For what is currently going on in the world I was truly satisfied and pleased with the functionality and proseffionalism of the Santikos staff. An excellent experience. I can't wait to go back!!!

I have always respected and love the way your company runs things. The theatre's are clean and the food is good. The staff is professional and the presentations are great with the best picture and sound. The response to covid has been safe. No other place I would rather be.

I love how they had everything set up for our safety

We were able to get out of the house! They actually had new release movies available not just throw backs. Also, Santikos Cibolo staff were amazing and appreciative of our business. There was someone posted at the entrance and exit, welcomjng and thanking customers for their business. Staff were cleaning at all times. Everything was wiped down with disinfectant after every customer contact. Seating was ample and properly spaced for appropriate social distancing. Though limited still, the menu was great for the movies and the pizza was delicious.
