The manager on duty during our private screening on 3/3 was amazing! Offered great customer service and I didn’t have to stress about it being my daughters birthday. All she wanted was to go to the movies with friends and family after not going for so long and a private screening was ideal. Theatre was clean, everyone friendly and the experience was superb!

Everything except the drinks are way too large and too expensive

Please offer smaller size non-alcoholic drinks and reasonably sized popcorn for seniors

Other than that, I’m happy to return to the movies at Santikos Cibolo!

We feel very safe with all precautions Santikos has in place dealing with the pandemic. The facility is very clean. We love being a rewards member and get discounts frequently. We want to support a local movie theater.
