Truly delighted to have a Santikos move in our northeast Olympia Hills area. Thank you for expanding this direction. Health guidelines and customer service have made it a favorite for family and friends.
99% of the time your emplyees seem happy to welcome us and serve our popcorn, makle suggestons on food choices, etc.
A week or so ago on a Wednesday or Thursday first showing of The Croods, a friend from hurch and I treated her granddaughter to arcade, movie and refreshments.
We let her order first because it was a special day for her. Unfortunately, the cashier for popcorn, etc. Danielle. was either bored or angry or just impatient. At any rate, it was extremely disappointing after all our positive experiences and visits to your theater.
She needs customer service training or a job change. Our theaters are working so hard to get audiences back. She is NOT helping Santikos.

Was easy using the app. The areas are clean. When I went to get popcorn, they looked up my rewards and told me I was up for a free popcorn. That put a smile on my face thank you!
