Had to change showtimes after being in a car accident and showing up and hour late, and the staff was incredibly understanding and kind.

Clean , and we where 6 feet apart from other people seating. And most of the people still wear a mask.

Really like the comfy chairs and lack of waiters entering and exiting auditorium. My movie presentation was excellent and my son enjoyed his reasonably priced pepperoni pizza.

I have been to Santiko's theaters all my life. The quality of the movie theater has ever changed. You asked to give a score but your scale only gos to 10. Santikos is in class all by its self. You will EVER find broken chairs or messed up restrooms. This gos to every Santikos theater from oldest to newest movie theatre. In San Antonio there is one choice for movie lovers, IT IS SANTIKO'S !!!

The employees are always friendly. The inside is always nice and clean and the food is good.

This was our first time to Santikos Cibolo. The Tuesday experience was very nice. Everything looked very clean from our seating area to the restrooms. The only thing I would like to mention is that the staff didn’t seem very friendly or eager to help the customer. Like I said it was out first time there so we don’t know the ins and outs of how things work after you order food. No one seemed very concerned or just expected us to know where to go and how to access our food. Maybe you don’t pay them enough to be cheerful and helpful or maybe you just need to expect more from your employees. The place is beautiful and the experience on the film side was great. We will come again since we learned how to go about the food part on our own.

Always not crowded, great selection of movie times and love the recliners!!!
