Had a not so great experience at the Cibolo location but a manager reached out and was very attentive and open to my feedback. I went again and it was great. The popcorn is the best and the theater was nice and cool. I love this place and the app is very user friendly. I like that you can earn points and redeem free items. Wont anywhere else.

Great Experience except for concession checkout. We purchased the Mega Deal but received the medium bag for popcorn. I questioned on why we paid for the large and received the medium bag. The cashier said they ran out of the large buckets and the bags were now the considered the large. How about adjust your price to accommodate the medium size. Considering the rising prices on everything, I believe a business should do the right thing by taking care of the customer when an issue like this arises, not take advantage of them.

Clean theater but your phone and online app need allot of work. It fails or gets stuck. Your fees for online are insane too. Pricing over all is high but we do enjoy our time there.

The theater is always clean. We like the self serve popcorn and drinks. It makes the concession line move quickly. Love the Tuesday $5 movies deals. My kids love the arcade.
