The service was great as usual. Ashley was friendly, professional and asked and listened for what I wanted in a haircut. The store itself was clean and tidy. The only knock would be that people should take their cell phone calls outside. I find it rude that I should have to be held hostage to listen to someone else’s phone conversations.

AWESOME WIN, for me and my hair. I was a mess and nervous about life when I walked in. 20 minutes later I felt confident and I also watched the Mariner's score 6 runs during my haircut... and I attribute it all to KJ, the MVP stylist. Amazing experience, I will be returning!

Great service, people are always friendly and welcoming. I used to use several different stylists but prefer Cindy Lou. She does an excellent job and is always kind and engaging during my visits.
I hadn't had my haircut for at least 3 months and it was in urgent need for more that a trim, My hair stylist was tasked with making sense of my hair and she succeeded terrifically. I could tell I was in good hands and within less than 1/2 an hour...I was human again. I can't remember her name (I came in between 10:30 - 11:30 Sunday morning, October 12 on Federal Way) but she was great and knew what she was doing, Thanks, Evan.

I was having a terrible day, straight out of a country song, my dog kicked me, it was a dark and stormy day, and everything else that could go wrong had gone wrong; then I went to Sport Clips and was greeted with a firm handshake by KJ, sat in their chair and received amazing advice and an even more perfect haircut. I left smiling, the sun was shining and my dog apologized for kicking me. This was truly a perfect haircut experience. Thank you KJ.
