They were amazing!!! My flight was delayed on the eve of Christmas Eve, so now I was in a bind to try and find someone to pick my cats up from where they were being boarded, so that they could spend Christmas with the family. I had about 2 hours to get it figured out, before my flight left and when the vet was closing, and was given the phone number to Fetch Pet Care. I had never heard of them, but was quickly running out of options. I called and left them a message telling them that I desperately needed their help. Leslie called me back within about 30 minutes and assured me that they would get it taken care of, to make sure that my girls could be home for Christmas! I was so impressed by how much she really cared about my kitties and making sure they got home. She could've easily said that I was calling at the last minute, and on the day before Christmas Eve, and that it just couldn't happen, but instead, she immediately sent me the necessary paperwork to complete, and then took care of the everything else! If it wasn't for Leslie, and Fetch Pet Care, my girls would've spent Christmas in the vets office, and that would've been awful for my whole family! I will definitely use their services again, and would recommend them to anyone that needs help with their pets. They are obviously very passionate about what they do, and truly care about animals! Thanks again!!

I have used this service to feed my cats each time I go out of town and it has always worked and been consistent. I just recently returned and my pet sitter went above and beyond as my furnace broke while I was away, when Pittsburgh was having the 5 degree days, and she made sure that the furnace repair man was able to access my house and she brought in a portable heater prior to the repair. I don't know what I would have done without her.
Our petsitter is wonderful! Very reliable, follows our care instructions perfectly and always sends us cute photos of our pets while we're away.

The best part of your service is Dawn. She keeps me updated regarding pets and house -- pictures of cats, updates if packages delivered. I come home to happy cats, clean litter boxes, organized mail.
The second best part is knowing that pet care will be covered if dawn can not keep commitment.

All of the staff at Fetch are helpful and receptive to the needs of the dog and owner. I forgot to schedule walks one week and the staff were all very gracious about helping make last minute arrangements for my dog. Stephenie and Cassie are so good with our dogs. Ability to accommodate flexible schedules
The initial person I spoke with, Michelle, was wonderful. Seemed happy to help me. I was able to talk to a sitter in my area within about a day of getting in touch with Fetch, and able to do the meet-and-greet the following day. Very happy so far with my sitter, Kaye. My dogs like Kaye, too!
Allyson is the best! She is professional, responsive, and the cats always seem content with her taking care of them. She also sends us updates about our pets so we know all is well.
