I like that it’s per hour instead of per pet. I get that six cats is more work than one, but it’s literally not six times more work. So I feel like the value is really fair - if you need more time to do the work then I’ll pay more!
Also you came through for me big time when I was sick, and needed something specific, and needed it right away. I would honestly have paid more than you charged me.
1) Quick response time: Zoe responded to my email request for a call back to discuss their dog walking services, the same day.
2) Meet & Greet: Samantha, Alora & Zoe came to my home so my dog Hank & I could meet them. This was very important to me & I was happy to hear they do this with each new potential client.
3) Efficiency: The manager, Samantha, explained how to register as a new client on their app. Communication was easy and I felt informed about how my dog Hank was doing each day I was out of town.
4) Daily Journal: I loved getting daily photos of Hank & journal entries about Hank from our dog Walker, Alora. Thanks Alora!

Reliable, flexible reservation system. Pet watchers have been great the whole time I've used Fetch! (almost ten years...). I have complete peace of mind when I'm away from home.
I know Steve will treat our Suzie Q as a family member when she's in his home. I trust him to keep her safe and fed and that she'll get all the pets. She is always excited to arrive and sad to leave.

I loved the meet and greet before the sitting appointments. I loved that one person cared for my pets, and I loved the photo updates! Everything was attended to as I asked. I love that sitters are screened.
We trust Becca with our cats 100 percent. She is very thorough and meticulous with her checkins with our cats. They love her and are a lot less stressed when we return from our weekends away.
