My experience was very positive I was fortunate enough to have the owner herself come and care for my beloved dog. My companion and I serve together and were never separated for a long length of time in 10 years so this was a first for me I was anxious in the beginning until I met Alicia. During the meet and greet Alicia assured me that my beloved companion would be in good hands he took to her very kindly and she gave him all of the love that he needed until I returned home. I am so grateful for what this service has done for me and will definitely use this as a resource in the future. Thank you

We have been using Fetch of Apex for several years and we have been so happy with their service. I also appreciate the small things that make a big difference - like taking in the mail, and putting the garbage bin at the curb. Oh, and my cats love Mike!

This was my first time using this pet care service. The care team did a great job taking care of my Furbaby!! They were very respectful of my property and gave my dog all of the attention she needed while we were away. They even graded the packages off the front porch and brought my mail inside. Scheduling was pretty simple through their app and communication was great! They sent pictures and an update on every visit! I could tell they really enjoy your pet as if they were their own! I will definitely use them again!

Our cat nanny, Mackenzie, is the best. She loves our cats, talks to them so they've become quite the conversation lists, rotates toys and sits with them when they aren't feeling well.
Her backup sitter, Lauren, is dependable, and the cats are happy to see her too. She tries to keep their routine the same so even our cat, Digger, who suffers from separation anxiety, is still getting better with her.
Allison has always been more than fair and helpful when I need help. I can't imagine not having Fetch and Mackenzie.
I trust Donna and Colin to take excellent care of splash. The photos and comments are always welcome. We love the service and care we get from our Fetch team.
The best party is having a regular pet sitter who gets to know your pets and their routine.

So many things! The app with the walking map, the reliability of our assigned pet care people, the excellent backup system of walkers, the photos from every visit-I love Fetch!

There is always someone (usually the same walker) available to accommodate my needs, including holidays. The service is reliable, caring, and trustworthy. I feel very comfortable giving my walker access to my house.
The other part of the service I very much appreciate is the write up showing the route they walked, updates on my dog’s bodily functions, and the personal notes from the walker.
This is absolutely an invaluable service which allows me to leave the house and know my dog is in great hands and well taken care of.

Ashley Wright, owner of Fetch! Of Conejo Valley is such a wonderful person, so you have to start there. Then, she hires the sweetest people to walk my dog, Bella. I always feel confident that my dog is cared for as if Bella belonged to them. I have worked with Ashley for over two years and on a 10 scale, I’ve never had service that rated less than 10!

Everything
Andrew was our sitter and he was incredible. He had some difficulty with one of our dogs being afraid but took the time and had the patience to nurture our pup into a comfortable place. Andrew contacted us and asked questions on how to best deal with Oscar and now they are very good buddies.
I loved the daily communications and all the pictures and videos he sent. His sense of humor with all of the idiosyncrasies of our pups had my husband and I in stitches. He treated them how we wanted them to be treated and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The whole process was so easy and we will forever be grateful for people like Andrew who have a passion and a heart for our fur family.
I love the flexibility of having Kris or Alana come take care of my Fiona whenever I need to be gone. Getting the pictures is always a great treat. Just knowing she’s being taken care of makes me happy.
