The staff was super friendly and listened to my concerns. Our dog had a great time for just the few minutes he had during the meet and greet. We are super excited for his first full day of play with them!

You can tell the people really care about the dogs. They are so nice. Also the place is clean. I feel very safe taking my dog to dogtopia!

I like your pet facility provides a safe, clean, and friendly environment for my pet. I’m grateful to have a pet hotel and daycare to take my pet to that he enjoys. I really appreciate the friendly staff! I feel if staff is friendly to me, they are friendly to my dog. It’s reassuring that I can see my pet play via the webcams.

Enjoyed the meet and greet, but more importantly our dog seemed to like it. Staff is caring and attentive, Webcams are great. Facility is modern and spotless (unless there might be a dog named Spot?). We will definitely be bringing her in occasionally, and thanks!

We have a new puppy that needed to be exercised and socialized. Dogtopia has been wonderful. Veto’s nice and okays and supervises the dogs so we’ll.

Louie has been part of the Dogtopia family since we lived in New Jersey. I was elated to find that Utah has a branch. We both had the best experience-- Louie made lots of new friends both human and furry while I was assured that he would be in the best hands. I also loved receiving a report card and first day photo which was a new experience for me. We look forward to being regular patrons at this location and highly recommend this service to anyone in the area needing extra help with their pup from people who would care for him/her just as much as you.

From the moment we are greeted to when we pick him up, we know our boy will be in the best hands! Everyone seems genuinely happy to work at Dogtopia in Holladay and our little one has the best time. He comes home tired and happy, whether from day care, boarding or a bath. We appreciate the friendliness and cleanliness of every visit!

Your staff always seem to recognize my dog, even though he's not a regular visitor to your establishment. I also like the information you provide regarding his stay and which dogs he enjoys spending his time with.

I would love to see boarding punch cards/passes like the daycare passes…

A human is inside with them at all times. They clean up after pups very quick. There a nap time between 12-2 to encourage rest. Pictures and report cards are taken and handed out. They encourage play and seem to be trained on dogs body language.

Cleanliness, love the dogs, effort to get to know customers, welcoming. Add on services. Ease of scheduling online.

High on my list is the hours of operation and 7 days a week. Being able to watch our puppy on tv interact with the other dogs. We could see the employees with our dog also

The staff was great and really cares about the dogs they take care of. Everyone is so friendly and all of the dogs look so happy.

I was so excited to bring my little 8 pound dog to Dogtopia to play with other dogs. She seemed to do fine on the first two visits but after the 3rd visit she seemed to have a harder time. The next mornig I could hardly wake her up. When she did wake up she was very lethargic. She then started coughing, a very; unusual cough, almost like barking and she did that all the next day and continued on to the next. I did call my vet and I did call your receptionist to ask if any of the dogs had been sick. She asured me all was well with the other dogs. My vet thought Molly may have kennel cough. She assured me it was not dangerous. Since that day Molly has not been quite herself although hopefully gradually improving. She is only 8 1/2 pounds so she is very small so this may have affected her more, I really don't know. In light of all that has happened to Molly on her third visit I will not be returning to your business and feel very sad she cannot participate. I just cannot take the chance of her getting sick again. Thank you , Name removed

I love the separation by size and cameras. The staff is great and accommodating. The treats and events seem to be fun.

This was my first play date with our Dog Buddy. The place is so friendly and I was so nervous to bring him in the first time. The staff was so helpful and put my mind at ease. He had a fun time and we will definitely be back
