Dogtopia has extremely friendly and professional staff. The facility is clean and welcoming. And the staff takes excellent care of all the animals.

Scooter looks forward to coming to Doggy Day Care, except for the
part that he has to ride in the car. Once there he cannot wait to get in.
That makes me happy.
Knowing he is in good hands on Tuesday and Thursdays helps us out a lot.

Everyone is so nice and kind. Especially Hannah. She has helped with scheduling and billing issues with no questions asked, just immediate help. My baby loves everyone there, and knows when it her days to go play. Everyone there is knowledgeable and helpful when they see behavioral issues big or small. I'm so happy my sweet girl has such a warm, loving and playful place to go.

Such a friendly staff! Clean facility, love the app and being able to check in on the webcam, the activities and photo shoots are always so fun- we love it!

You guys are great! My dog’s report card mentioned that she liked chalk (?) so I called to ask what that meant. I was able to talk to someone who could tell me what MY dog likes about chalk (she likes to sniff and erase what was just drawn) instead of a generic “dogs tend to like X”.

Staff are friend and seem to know the dogs and their behavior and playmate. I also like the web cam. I do wish the holladay location had an outdoor area.

My dog seemed very happy and tired (from all the playing) when he got home! I'm looking forward to bringing him in again. Everyone at the location was friendly and helpful. I loved being able to check in on him with the cameras in the play areas.

Convenient, friendly and my dog loves it!

I love how all the workers seem excited when Winston comes, and I can tell he loves to be there. I like all the room they have to roam in, and I especially like the report cards. I’m grateful that they are able to take most of my last minute daycare requests.

The staff & facility are great! I'd definitely recommend others for doggy daycare and short-term boarding. We considered boarding our dog for 7 nights; however, chose to go elsewhere ONLY because your facility doesn't allow the dogs to get outside for fresh air.

Friendly staff and convenient location!

Clean, close to where I live. I have no negatives but because of the mandatory two-hour nap time, I've asked the staff to keep my dog (Tess) moving at all times when she's in the yard. She tends to lie around too much for my liking...plus she can do this at home, free of charge. There are times when I check the web cams and she's lying around so I watch to see if the canine coach makes her move. I would say it's about half and half. If the CC gets her up and moving then I stop watching. If the CC walks by her without getting her up, I have to call the front desk and reming them to inform the CC in Toybox to get Tess moving. I wish this would just be automatic. However, I thing with turnover and new staff that they don't get the word that Tess must be kept moving. It's not like I check in on her all day long...just once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

Your "meet and greet and get acquainted" business plan works very well. Your staff makes both the pets and pet owners comfortable and feeling secure that their pets will be well cared for. I appreciated the tour of the facility and explanation of ethos of your business.

Most importantly, your facility is kept very clean and well maintained. Your staff members are very caring and cuddle the dogs that need personal attention. I am signed up to use your facility and board our dogs. Our dogs look forward to coming to day care.

Dogtopia is the BEST! Our little guy, Bowie, is our fur baby, and when we take him to Dogtopia, we can trust that he is safe, well supervised, and having TONS of fun! He loves coming to daycare/board and that gives us great peace of mind. The staff also goes above and beyond every day, and we appreciate them so much. I really can’t say enough about how awesome this place is!

A smaller personal pet experience. If the amazing front staff is any indication, these must be pampered pooches.
