Absolutely EVERYTHING!
From the wonderful tour and information, to the love and special attention given to Gracie when she was nervous and anxious. I love checking in and seeing her tail wagging and looking so happy.

Clean and friendly facility. I know it can be difficult but would love to see a little more interaction between people and the dogs. When watching the camera, lots of dogs following people but people not interacting much with the dogs

The building has been beautifully remodeled and is sparkling clean! I like that there are three different play areas, with the ability to "look in " on your pet through the nest web cam.
The staff has been very friendly and knowledgable. They seem genuienly interested in my dog.
The first day, I even received a vm of concern from one of the staff, who noticed a scratch on my dog. (everything was fine) but took the time to alert me to this.
I am overjoyed to have such a fine doggy daycare/ boarding facility so close to my home and on the east side of town!

Have had a tour and also two dogs evaluated. Given their happy attitudes when they were introduced to the facility and other dogs and staff and on my part the concern of staff and manager and the cleanliness of the building, I am happy before even using the services, but am looking forward to them going to daycare tomorrow.

Special attention given to each dog is so helpful. Also pick up and drop off is very easy

It was very clean and smelled nice (not "doggie"). All of the dogs "guests" I saw there looked very hsppy. Ada, my dog, enjoyed her visit and I'll definitely be bringing her again.

The place is extremely clean which is very important for me. The organization is amazing. What else can i ask for my dog? I am so happy to have Dogtopia in Salt lake City!

I love that the owners are pet lovers and clearly hold my dog’s mental and physical safety of the upmost importance. From my initial phone call to the meet and greet, I feel very good about leaving my pupper for daycare.

The staff at Dogtopia are on top of it! Not only with providing excellent customer service all around- they truly care :) Our Aspen is a fearful loving dog and she's adjusted to her new play days because of the care the staff at Dogtopia have provided. I love that the Owner's are hands on, dedicated and extremely knowledgeable with dogs of all breeds. They have such a great and loving staff. My puppy was terrified of other dogs. The confidence that she has gained is remarkable! When she has burned energy through the day, it enables her training sessions to be more productive. All I have to say is, "do you want to go to school" and she twirls and jumps up with excitement. They instantly become extended family, as the entire company loves and cares for your dog. I can't brag about DOGTOPIA enough!!!

So far I have been extremely pleased with the care given my little dog. They spend time helping her become accustomed to being around other dogs.

Dogtopia of Holladay is a fantastic place to take your pooch. They take great care of my Lucy and she has so much fun with the other doggies while she is there. It's also very clean & organized. Their employees are awesome and well trained in handling dogs of all sizes. I highly recommend Dogtopia of Holladay!

We are impressed with a number of things. On top of the list is the attentive staff and the warmth they show to all their clients...including the humans.
The facility is bright and cleaner than my kitchen...and we are meticulous about our kitchen.
Our little guy was very shy when we first brought him to Dogtopia. Now he can't seem to wait to get in the door, tail wagging all the way. Another thing: Our "Frankie" would not walk with a leash. He would run and hide at the first sight of it. Within a week at Dogtopia, the leash was fine and he was walking like the champion he is.

I like that you are providing training to the dogs. I care that my dog is well-mannered and I’m glad to have found a daycare who will offer consistency in what I’m also teaching my dog at home.

Everyone we talked to was incredibly kind and wanted to know everything about my baby. There was excellent communication on what to expect both when we dropped her off and with the little booklet when we picked her up. One of the owners even walked us through what to expect in taking her home after her first day! The staff was very knowledgeable and seemed to really want to be there with the pups. (I mean... Who wouldn't right? 😉) We now know somewhere safe we can take her to play or to board with no worries. THANK YOU!!
