The only thing I can think that would be room for improvement is if there was an outside run. As a pet owner, I feel quite guilty at the thought of leaving my pet for more than one or two days because of this.

We love Dogtopia and have used it in other states. I like how we can see our dog play and I feel he is safe and has fun. He comes home tired which is awesome. The only problem was different staff were giving different information regarding vaccine requirements.
My Miniature Schnauzer loves spending my vacation time at Dogtopia. Also, I had a very delayed return flight over the holiday, and they kept in touch with me and stayed on Sunday evening until I arrived. Always a great experience. Highly recommend.
