Everything - the manager of the studio is extremely warm and inviting! she makes you feel very special every time you enter the studio. The instructors are top and I always know that I am going to feel great after a workout in Palo Alto.
I go to the Palo Alto CPY for Edna’s C2 class. It’s amazing how well she assists you in finding space to get into the poses as much as you can. It’s transforming! I’ve seen so much growth in my practice from attending her classes. It’s for al levels of experience - beginner to advanced. The practice can be modified to your exp level and needs. Strongly recommend CPY.

I love the CorePower community, it’s teachers, the studios, the classes! The Redwood City studio is gorgeous. Large, spacious and very clean! There is a wide variety of classes throughout the day from early to late for all student levels. The staff is always welcoming. All of the instructors are AMAZING, but my favorites are Ashley, Ruth, Glo, Zoe, Caroline, Jessica. There are others who have either moved to other studios or moved on, and I miss them.
One of the best yoga sculpt classes I’ve taken in a while! I travel often and take yoga classes elsewhere. It’s not easy to find good challenging hot yoga classes and this one with Krishnil was fantastic! Really pleased by the physical challenge and got a great workout while I was in town. Thank you

Instructor checked in with me during the session to make sure I was comfortable because I'm pregnant and need to do modifications for certain poses. She was also very friendly after the class.
