Solid and delightful yoga classes offer a great experience after work at Palo Alto studio. I wish there are more yoga classes between 5 to 7pm during the weekday.

Love the variety and number of classes which provides maximum flexibility for us to attend. Love all the instructors and a huge shout out to Edna who plans the classes and times. She brings such positive energy which spreads to the teachers and students! Love this studio. Wish the studio was bigger as it’s always so packed.

I love CorePower! Palo Alto location is terrific and generally plenty of parking. Disappointed that the Wednesday 7:30pm time slot for CoreRestore is changing to Yoga Sculpt. I love Yoga Sculpt as well but nothing is better than ending my day with a wonderful evening Restore class. I really like Leslie’s instruction and class, and will have to find another time slot that hopefully works out with my schedule or a different class with Leslie V.
Teachers are friendly, patient and not afraid to push.
I LOVE COREPOWER! I have recently been temporarily living in the San Mateo area for medical reasons and joined the All Access Membership. ( was previously a member probably 10 years ago but relocated to a state with limited CorePower locations. Please open a studio in Kailua-Kona, HI.) I love the community, the instructors, the variety of classes, the challenge! Redwood City, San Mateo and Palo Alto have been my go-to studios.

Beautiful, clean and well maintained studio with friendly staffs and an excellent instructor. The class was challenging and I definitely got a good workout. After the class, I walked out the studio with joyful energy.
