This was my first experience in-studio and it was amazing! I was initially a bit concerned about the "hot yoga" environment, but it ended up being a fantastic workout. Additionally, the instructor, Jiesi Z., was phenomenal. The class was extremely challenging, but doable and scalable based on my skill and fitness level. She was also very encouraging to the students during the class, keeping us motivated and focused. (And her playlist was fire!) The studio was clean and I felt safe and comfortable. Overall an amazing experience!
