Nice studio, perfect location, really dirty bathrooms. I’ve been to dozens of studios, and this is literally the dirtiest one I ever seen.

All the teachers are amazing. I love alternating between C2 and Sculpt! I’m wondering if you thought about putting in a stretching class focused on active stretching to improve flexibility and/or a yin for relaxation! I would totally take them once or twice a week

Intensity and sweat

The marina del Rey location needs more 6am YS classes Monday- Friday.

It's my favorite exercise. It's always changing never boring. Teachers are fantastic and so positive full of energy. Classes are intense and always challenging. Its great that it works out your whole body, helps my balance and flexibility. I love the weights and the cardio.

The instructor was great, the room wasn’t too hot and the flow was unique and fun.

The one call out - during some of our flows a girl would run in place. During the balancing portions (and just generally) it was super distracting and I couldn’t clear the noise it was making from my head. I’d prefer if people want to run in front of a mirror - go to the gym.

I love this place! I’ve been coming here for 5 years. I’ve moved, got married, had a baby and this place is still so easy to stay consistent it’s crazy. They put my membership on hold while I was pregnant, there’s so many locations even after moving and now even my husband started going. I love that it’s always the same consistent workout literally any location even years later. It’s hot enough, it’s hard enough and the time slots are so convenient, especially when you’re running on baby time!!! (Zero planning possible). Also the locker rooms are lovely and being able to rinse after a hot yoga class and go on with your day back into baby mode makes the difference of going possible! I’ve started going to MDL and Manhattan beach. Joyce is my favorite so far!! You can tell she does a lot of Pilates and it makes her classes so much harder. She’s the best!

My teacher/guide was lovely! Would highly recommend attending this class - very spritual yet sweat.

Great workout and instructor!

Enjoyed the studio and class. First time that I've been to a studio that the showers were in a private bathroom. It's nice to have your own setup, but could be real negative if crowded and you have to wait a long time to be able to shower.

Friendly staff/teacher (Kailee) spacious studio classes, love the singled out bathrooms and showers very private.
Also plenty of free parking!

Samantha, Christine and Alison are all incredible instructors. They all have a great flow and are really wonderful at what they do.

The facility is very clean. I like the way the teachers wipe up the floors before or after class. The teachers are very nice and helpful. I was worried at first to try yoga in a heated room (I'm a major beginner) but they were very encouraging, and I found that I love it!!!!

Annabelle was amazing! The best class, music and flow I've had in a long time! Thank you!
