The instructor for the C2 class that I love at CP in Little Italy is Andy. She is slow purposeful in her moves. She challenges us and really gives us the opportunity to grow and be better at our yoga practice. Her class builds and by the time the class is over you feel very accomplished and proud of all the poses you tried (or crushed)! Love her class. Plus she’s just a super kind, happy person! I’ll be back a lot in 2022! ☺️

The instructors are great! I also like that each instructor has their own style, but the classes are structured the same so I know exactly what to expect every class.

I love this location! All the teachers are great and the space and locker rooms are great! I do wish that the bathrooms and locker rooms were cleaned more often though.

Great instructors!! They all make me feel very comfortable with any modifications that I need to make. My only concern is when the classes get crowded, 18 in a studio takes me out of my comfort zone.
