Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who were willing to take time to explain options and needs for my particular situation. They were accommodating with regard to setting a schedule for drop off and pick that worked with my situation, which was very helpful in reducing unnecessary driving. I haven't done a completed survey, but it seems that the shop in Bloomington is one of the best in the metro area with regard to knowledge regarding recumbent trikes. I'd recommend this shop to anyone who needs some work done on their bike or trike!

The sales associate, Chris was AWESOME! I was looking for some studded tires for my fat bike, and there were none to be had. Chris went the extra mile and found a couple "studable" tires that were the right size for my fat bike and put together the studs. I know he went above and beyond. It's that kind of customer service that breeds loyalty.
