The stylist Josselyn was incredibly talented and did a great job. She is pleasant and courteous. I had a wonderful interaction.
Josselyn was extremely thorough! She explained every step of the haircut, showed me the products she used during my appointment! Very friendly and welcoming! She made sure I was 110% happy before I paid. She needs a raise!
The person who cut my hair was sensitive to the way my hair wanted to fly away if it was cut too short, so she didn't cut it too short.
The girls usually do a great ob but two things bother me. The sort of forced tip amount seems high to me. I also really don't like for someone to clean a floor (sweep hair up) and handle all those other cleaning duties then handle a register/money and then handle my hair. That's super unsanitary. A hand washing right before they start cutting hair would be great. I'd feel better about high tips then too.
I’m just tired of new people coming in and not understanding my last haircut or the haircut before. You need to pay them well so they stick around. I’ve been going there for quite some time and it’s getting a little out of hand as far as I’m concerned.

Mandy was great! She and the gentleman working next to her were super energetic and positive, and engaged fully with my 14 year old son as he cut his very long hair down to a buzz cut. She told us about product that would help my son, as well. Just a really enjoyable experience.
