I like the "workout area" and the friendly staff members like Amy, Mary and David at the Ley YMCA on Wallisville Road.

I enjoy the exercise classes. It is also fun getting a chance to interact with others as well as the fact that the classes present opportunities to meet new people.

The Silver Sneakers and low impact classes for seasoned citizens are enjoyable. Consistency is the key that prevents stiffness. Also, I enjoy social interaction here.
