Tom and his yoga classes was my reason to join the Y. He is a remarkable instructor and his focus on breathing and letting your daily concerns go for 55 minutes is my reason for staying.

I like the equipment: ellipiticals, bikes, weights,etc. Also yoga classes,zumba and other exercises.

AOA exercise and Silver Sneakers classes are fun and get the body moving.

Day trips allow us to visit places we wouldn't go on our own.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I am only available for exercise on a Tuesday or Thursday. I love the instructor. He is very friendly, considerate and a lots of fun. I also enjoy the members that are in the classes. The staff is exceptional, kind, considerate and knowledgeable. I feel the love whenever I am there.
