Chair yoga sessions are just perfect for my wife and me (both 83 and cancer survivors). Tom is an EXCELLENT class leader (with clear instructions and with appreciated encouragement). We leave each session thinking that “next time we will do even better.” We practice each day at home.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

So happy that the pool is now opened. I live 3 blocks from the MD Anderson Ymca. I swim 2 to 5 times a week. When the MD Anderson Y pool is open it saves me a 20 mile round trip to another lap pool.

I have enjoyed many group classes at the Y over the years, especially yoga and zumba.

Just enough exercise equipment for what I need and not too crowded for the times I have been.
It would be great to have a little more availability on Friday and/ or Sunday.
