What do you like about our programs and activities ?

My girls enjoyed swimming in the summer. My husband enjoys working out in the gym and I enjoy Elliot's classes. Elliot has allowed my girls to attend his aerobics classes and because of this, my husband can go to weight room and the girls and I do aerobics together. The whole family benefits and we are staying fit together! We enjoy the friendly, family oriented environment .

I like group exercises that are for seniors,we workout with weights, band and ball for complete body workout. I like this Y because it's in my neighborhood

I enjoy the program I attend which is an exercise class, however, I think the survey should also include what activities would you like to see. This is a one sided survey if you are really and truly listening. Just my opinion.

I really enjoy having a lap lane pool so close to my home. I also enjoy Thom's yoga class L'Orne's water exercise class.

The main reason I come to the MD Anderson Y is Eliot Perez. I enjoy his classes. They are engaging, motivating and effective.

I have recommended this Y to many people in the Heights but the name confuses them. They think it is located in the medical center.

Please post the pool schedule on your website and on the pool gate. Please put a cover on the pool railing so people can get a better grip. Please fix the bathroom light. Please work on making the pool more handicap accessible. Thanks, Name removed

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Only program available at this time is low impact/cardio, Forever Well, just recently, Cardio Dance. I like the 45 minute segments.
