There are numerous activities and programs for all ages.
Very organized. Warm and friendly environment. Activities are engaging.

We have awesome classes, in education, cardio, two yoga classes , line dancing and senior activities (garage sales, swap sales, holiday recognition , Bible study & and quarterly birthday celebrations.
Seniors have social hour among themselves (where we encourage each other and welcome new members.
Can’t wait until summer aquatic classes start.🙏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I think it's a nice place.
I don’t actually attend the many activities yet, but I do attend the gym for the treadmill an exercise bike. Some of the exercise equipment. Never a wait for anything. My name is Ivory J. Edwards.

The programs and activities that we are involved in are great for senior citizens to exercise and fellowship.
We all agree need more bisicklets other then that every thing good

The Houston Texans YMCA is a people, family friendly gym. The staff is professional, helpful and courteous they are open for suggestions. The YMCA offer a variety of classes and events and it’s convenient.
