The "Texans Y" is an emulator for the most up to date programs and activities for their membership. Presentations are highly professional and meets individualized needs for all age ranges. Most of all, the staff is always welcoming, informed, courteous, eager to respond to questions or concerns. Members are greeted by name the moment the front door opens.
The administrative staff listens to needs and completely receptive to offering classes and other activities deemed essential to meet needs.
This Y "stands above" any other community center site in this area.

The instructors
All the different types of programs. All the staff is friendly and helpful. They greet you with a smile when you arrive. And speech to you. The atmosphere is very good.
The skate class is the best!!
The Y gives a wide variety of programs that are social, educational and physical for families. I love that there are group and individual activities available for all individuals. I am a senior and live alone, sometimes I come and sit just to be around others. It’s “my hang out place”.

I like the Y because it offers a diverse option of fitness programs and the many accessible locations across Houston. I personally enjoy the swimming, pickleball, and weight lifting, but there are an array of activities for teens, adults, and seniors. The community building activities, childcare, and summer camps for kids makes the Y essential for all families.

Clean bathrooms, dream room, plenty of machines.
The Youth programs and activities, along with the Coaching staff.
I like all of the various exercises classes you have to offer.
The Customer Care Services rendered. The machines are clean and functional. Freedom to go in and out as needed. Customers are pleasant and Friendly.

The YMCA serves the community and family with programs that provide awesome wholesome
and engaging activities for all age groups from Silver Sneakers for seniors to daycare for the little ones. As a senior participant. I can tell you that with new or old friends you will enjoy coffee with snacks, group exercise, holiday parties, travel to community activities and much more. The 'Y' is the place to be!
