I am a fan of the gym, trying to maintain my weight, cardio and all over body health

Love Yoga class
I love the YMCA program overall, but I would like to see this location offer a wider variety of classes, similar to the other location, such as Pilates, BodyPump, and weightlifting.
I enjoy the comraderie of exercising and line dancing with my friends.
The open gym is wonderful! My 15 month old son had a blast playing bball. A shout out to the employee, Crystal.

I enjoyed the friendship
I enjoyed Saturday morning yoga. The Y in my neighborhood dropped the program last year, and I am happy that I found a location to have a class during the mid-morning hours. Onica runs a great program.
It is a place to meet new people try the machines to build strength for the entire body or work on any part of the body the employee's are friendly courteous
Easy to map schedules and participate in group exercises
All of the Group Exercise have really made a significant imact with my health goals and the emoloyees are very friendly.
