Personal I love the exercise classes at the Y. I attend many of them. Great instructors!
the Y is very clean and well kept. the equipment is up to date and state of the art. while I don't avail myself of a ll the activities it is nice to know there are so many to choose from. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable
I just love to swim. Most of the time the water is fine but sometimes the chemicals are so strong that I have sinus issues with my nose and have to wait a few days before I can swim again.
Love the water classes! Great instructors
Senior day camp needed a "rain date". With an 85% chance of rain - many of us could not attend. Perhaps future consideration of senior safety requirements for activities could be considered. Also, we wanted the outdoor activities: canoe, ride horses, explore the quarry and try the zip line. None of those activities could be done in the rain.
Understand there were no refunds - just wish there was a second trip.
Wonderful facilities, workout equipment, Personal Trainers, hours, rates, classes.

There is always an activity full of fun and healthy exercise for every age or fitness range.
I love the pool even though it needs a lot of updating and the trainer I am using (Kim Cox) is fabulous

Great instructors especially Megan for the masters swim program.
Available classes especially water classes
Love the access to the pool throughout the winter
Love the spin classes. All instructors are great...especially Shelly on Tues and Fridays
Love all the programs for our boys (basketball, soccer...)
It’s not crowded when I workout .
Do not participate in any programs. If you consider strength training an activity then that is the equipment available is good.
My wife has a Senior workout on Tue and Thur, she enjoys that.
Handy, reasonable price, helpful employees.
Great coaches and parent involvement!
Convenient!
Like the masters swim groups!
They’re reasonably priced and convenient for working parents. They help build confidence in children.
Our grandson lost weight playing basketball at the YMCA. His speed increased and his hand to eye coordination improved.
He had never played the sport before and by the second season, his team won the championship. They had not won any games-just tied once, but something clicked at the end. They started to trust each other and work as a team. They won the last games and went on to be champs on the third game.
Body pump is awesome!
Great
I like they are senior friendly with a flexible schedule!
You have water aerobics for seniors early in the morning which we prefer. You have sweet, attentive lifeguards and maintenance/admin people who keep tha pool and locker room and hot tub clean and working. There are lots of great programs for active seniors. I’m grateful for/to the Woodlands YMCA❤️

Pool is well staffed and well maintained. Great to see Y supports Children’s Hospital aquatic program.
The machines in workout room are a step down from previous years. Trainers very helpful.
Cancer Survivors program is inspirational to many members who have not faced that disease.
