What do you like about our programs and activities ?

That the whole family can enjoy there. Love to leave my 4 year old boy at the child watch, my 8 year old daughter at swimming classes and I can enjoy the wellness center at the same time. It’s the best!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The availability of classes that I want in addition to the equipment that is available for individual workouts. I am especially pleased with the staff, the Personal Trainers in particular. Lori Loney has been an ongoing inspiration to me and has helped me recover from various surgeries and continues to inspire me to do better.

Have a very nice variety of programs, accommodating many levels. Great instructors, very thorough, and caring. Haven't participated in an activity as yet.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The people/staff at this YMCA are the best that I have ever seen. They have a compassionate and caring attitude for children with special needs. The YMCA in the town where I actually live is nothing like this. This is why I drive out of my way to come to Shadowbend YMCA.

I love the active older adult classes and line dancing. Lori and Melissa are wonderful.
