I find the location very convenient. Have used trainers, which I thought were good. Been a member there since 1989.

Love the pool. Clean, consistent water temperature. Friendly, very competent lifeguards.

Facilities are always clean. Great showers.

The AOL classes and the variety of services and programs for all ages are the two main reasons for my interest and participation and my endorsement. The Shadowbend location; however, could use additional space and or a new building.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I appreciate the family-friendly options, the Christian-Judeo approaches, the warmth of any staff member who has also been informative and helpful. Grateful for an environment conducive to helping one take care of oneself, including those of us who struggle to put our physical health as more a priority over other life priorities. It feels good to have this option. Look forward to the Y coming closer to my home in 77386 too.
