Good assortment of programs. Staff is mostly helpful and friendly.
Very poor website. It took me quite a while to be able to sign up for classes.

the programs are useful especially the ones for seniors. Also they are fun and I have made new friends and keep myself healthy.

Senior activities are excellent. However, Olga is hard to understand and I would like the
Activities to be in the morning. (like 10:00 am).
Also, make sure the sound system works. !!!!!

I have only used the treadmill since I joined YMCA but look forward to trying some of the programs. There are always available machines & the atmosphere is pleasant.

I LOVE the classes given by Debbie P (low impact cardio and water exercise) and really like the Silver Sneakers classes. I get a real workout without hurting my knees. Thank you for offering these!

I love the preprogrammed exercise machines
I love doing laps in the pool, and the security given by having lifeguards there
