Water aerobics
Programs are sufficiently focused on preventive maintenance for seniors needing to enhance balancing and strengthening abilities.
I really like the E gym. The only issue I have with the program is there needs to be better information for the people using the machines to keep the process moving.
Daily water aerobics although need more deep water instructors.
Programs are fulfilling and are available to all.

Such a pleasant atmosphere. The employees are very friendly & helpful. Also there are a lot of exercise regimens to chose from. I wouldn’t chose no other facility to attend!!!

I love water aerobics. Especially Debbie on Tuesday & Thursdays. I would like to see a Saturday class.

I attend a line dance class at Shadowbend YMCA on Friday every week, and I really enjoy dancing in a clean studio with nice mirrors, ceiling fans, and floors made to dance on; much better than dancing on gym floors! Our instructor, Melissa Shrake,is the kindest, most professional and most positive dance instructor I have ever had. We all love her.
I would also like to say thank you to Gabby, the sweet, smiling lady who keeps our locker room
spotless and always has a positive word to help us start the day.

Haven't done enough programs and activities to comment.
The chair yoga was good until it began to hurt my groin and foot. I miss the good pets of that class.
Primarily use the treadmills.

So many classes, Austin knows what he’s doing, lots of exercise machines of all kinds, Gabby keeps the place clean, staff are pleasant…
My wife loves coming for personal training and I love my total body exercise routine on your machines.
You offer a large variety of activities and the facilities ( although older) are well kept.
I wish you offered a mat Pilates class at 7 am.

I am a huge E-Gym fan, and I think the spin instructors are all great. My main Y is The Woodlands Shadowbend; I enjoy seeing the summer campers (my children were participants back in the day!) and appreciate what a challenging job that is with our climate.
