I like the big assortment of classes you can choose from everyday. The instructors are knowledgeable and kind. The facility is clean and well kept. The staff are nice too.

I love the Body Balance classes and our teacher Natalya is amazing! The facilities at Shadowbend YMCA are great. The staff at the desk is friendly.

Lisa Serice’s classes are the best thing. She teaches us so much more than just exercise. I hope you use her expertise in your planning. Please hang her posters up so everyone can benefit from these important concepts.

Lian and Alexandrea both have such relaxing programs that work all of our muscles. Lori's zumba is so much fun and loosens one up

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I greatly enjoy the Y and especially the EGYM and the other exercise equipment.

My biggest concern is it's difficult to workout at the EGYM when you have individuals who will not move to the next station, they just sit there, or they continue to use the station over and over or they text away. There is never Y staff in the area nor or they willing to do anything about it....just an FYI
